Title is from the 2nd opening of Samurai 7 ([link]), which is much better in lyrics than the first one in my opinion.

(From left to right: that's the ascending order of their estimated age) That's the seven samurais showing their 'special skills': For Katsushiro, he has been doing lots of inspections; for Heihachi, he once claimed that he’s better in eating than in fighting; for Kyuzo, there’s no doubt that he’s the one who has best sword skill in the team; for Shichiroji, I believe he would be really good at tasting since he once made a grimace when tasting the firefly porridge (also because his responding symbol in the opening movie is a bottle of vine!); for Kikuchiyo, he is the only samurai who could get along with all the kids in the Kanna village; for Gorobei, he has been making money by doing tricks before the story begins; and for Kanbei, it’s always him who comes up with terrific plans to destroy the enemies (I know he is good at stealing too, but it’s really hard to present in a single picture).

Since the line art itself is already time-consuming (not to mention the coloring!), I didn’t do the shading here…hope it still looks good as a deviation.

My favourite picture here would be Heihachi’s one: the rice eating pose really suits his character, isn’t it? My favourite character is Kikuchiyo, though…
