Paprika: Mikan

"I shall punch you in real life if you try anything funny in the dream world, Konn."

History:
Mikan and Konn never really had a good relationship since they discovered that their other half would never take the responsibility into doing any housework. They have quarrels every single day about trivlist domestic issues.

It worsen up after Mikan learned about Konn's stealing habit in a previous Pokemon tournament. While Konn managed to get away with the (formal) accusations from his bribery skills and good connections, their son Kiro was greatly disillusioned and left home to join Team Plasma, as an attempt to escape from the ongoing family issues.

Divorce may solve the problems, but then Mikan would refuse to "admit defeat". She wishes to alter the status quo by herself. On the other hand, she also has to consider the possible impact a divorce would bring to their own families, given that they both have been having business connections since decades ago.

Mikan currently works for a bodyguard company in the administrative section, so obviously she wouldn't be starting around the Orneirus lab. But then would always be there to stalk monitor Konn during the rounds.

Personality:
Mikan usually wears a stern face and doesn't smile a lot. She usually is well-mannered when not being provoked, and talks overly formal for most situations. She avoids the use of slangs and short forms whenever she speaks.

When hanging out with people she's more familiar with, Mikan opens up a bit more and wouldn't mind to share a cold joke or two with them. She complains a lot about her family issues with her closer friends, and often brags about how she successfully "solved" some of them with her iron fist.

Mikan appears very bitter and sarcastic towards Konn, and often threatens him with her physical strength. Apparently Konn wouldn't dare to complain outside, because he treasures his self-esteem too much to tell people that he's easily defeated by his wife all the time.

Pokemon:

Zou | Zorua | Female | Illusion | Modest

Specifically trained to handle bodyguarding jobs, Zou would only fight back when being attacked. She is pretty calm and can handle most ad hoc tasks. In Pokemon battles, she likes to team up with Kyubey and use her Illusion ability to transform into a Reuniclus, fooling the opponent to use Dark or Ghost moves on her.

Pulse | Rotom | (Male) | Levitate | Bold (Traded from Konn)

Pulse prefers watching behind and talks about the situation instead of dealing with it personally. He also likes to make a <:3c face and does nothing helpful when he sees his partners being in trouble. Mikan borrowed Pulse from Konn so that both of them would have a Pokemon which can help with the housework when the other isn't around.

Kyubey | Reuniclus | Female | Magic Guard | Naughty

Kyubey's expression never changes. She uses telepathy to lure people into signing a mysterious contract with her and become magical boys/girls. Apparently she collects negative emotions around and use them for power sources. Or at least she's always merrier when seeing people in agony.
