I like how this OCT sounds like they're really letting us battle against each other other than just doing tasks xD It's nice to have a change sometimes!
And I miss drawing Kiro as an innocent kid who knows nothing about all the dark truths in the world ;w; Let's treat this as an alternative universe from this okay~

Have to finish this quick before the faction cap enforces I lose all of my leisure time after getting a job @v@;

Name: Kiro
Gender: Male
Age: 11
Height: 4’3”/130cm
Personality: A shy little boy. Stammers a lot when speaking, and gets teary-eyed easily. Being a amateur trainer, Kiro is very obvious to some common facts about Pokemon training, such as…what does his current Pokemon actually evolves into @v@;

Brief History: Kiro loves watching the Pokemon cartoons since he was a little kid. Just like every other little boy, he admires Ash and his Pikachu companion, and wishes to grow up as a…Pikachu trainer!
Unfortunately for him though, there’s no Pikachu in Cita Erbonde :C Not even a single Electric Pokemon! But well, while he can’t move to Terran Alto yet because he’s still daddy’s little boy, at least he can dream about getting his current Pokemon evolve into a Pikachu someday…

In case if you're wondering, he deliberately paints his Pokemon with black and red paints so that they look more similar to a Pikachu.

Misc:
- Kiro calls up his dad a lot for asking helps related to battling strategies, sometimes even during battles. Apparently his dad sometimes teaches him the wrong ways to win though >v>;

- Kiro's family speaks both English and Mandarin, so sometimes he uses this advantage to confuse his opponents by speaking in Mandarin :3c

-All of his Pokemons are gifts from his parents and has been pre-trained before. Therefore he doesn’t know much about them.

Nature: Naïve (+Speed -Sp. Defense)
Characteristic: Proud of its power
Ability: Huge Power (Doubles Attack in battle.)
Moveset: Aqua Tail | Ice Punch | Knock Off | Rollout
Misc: Pikablu is still a young Marill and is as obvious as her trainer.
Kiro hopes she will evolve into something similar to a Pikachu when she grows up :> Pikablu believes in that too!

Species: Swaloon
Gender: Male
Nature: Lax(+Defence -Sp. Defence)
Characteristic: Likes to relax
Ability: Leaf Guard (Prevents status effects in sunlight.)
Moveset: SolarBeam | Bug Buzz | Grass Knot | Camouflage
Misc: Pikatent is a otaku who looks down on his trainer for being so stupid :< But he never says anything about that because he is too lazy.
Kiro thinks he’s just a very shy Pikachu who hides in his tent all day long :3c And that he will come out someday as a Pikachu after he breaks out from his cocoon!

Species: Flareon
Gender: Male
Nature: Careful(+Sp. Defence –Sp. Attack)
Characteristic: Somewhat vain
Ability: Flash Fire (Grants immunity to Fire-type moves and increases the power of Fire-type moves by 50% when hit by a Fire-type move.)
Moveset: Sunny Day | Flamethrower | Quick Attack | Wish
Misc: Pikamane always tries to be elegant as he can be, but gets stoked up a lot whenever Kiro tells him that he’s too old already D:
Kiro thinks he is a very old Pikachu with manes all over him for some reason, and has to go quadrupedal because he can’t stand up anymore for being so old :<

Name: Pikablob
Species: Dittochu
Gender: Unknown (Kiro usually uses "it" while refering)
Nature: Relaxed(+Defence –Speed)
Characteristic: Somewhat of a clown
Ability: Limber (Prevents paralysis.)
Moveset: Transform
Misc: Pikablob is a quick learner and can easily transform into inanimate objects just with the photos shown on Kiro's smartphone. It is kind-hearted wants to cheers people up all the time, so it doesn't mind staying as Pikachu forever if Kiro likes it.
Kiro's dad gave Kiro the Dittochu so that he can travel to Terran Alto safely (with all the transformations) for catching Pikachus in next round. Even though Pikablob has shown its transforming power by changing itself into ladders and staircases, Kiro still believes Pikablob is some kind of mysterious jelly-like Pikachu instead of a real Ditto. And that one day it will stay as a Pikachu forever when it grows up and lose the transforming power.</sub>
